They are looking for an Assistant Center Operations Manager to handle daily tasks at the academy. This person will help make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone has a positive experience.Responsibility
- Assist the Centre Manager with the day-to-day running of the education centre, including operational planning and team management.
- Respond to daily enquiries, complaints, and student scheduling through various communication channels such as phone calls, WhatsApp, SchoolChat, and social media platforms.
- Manage enquiries from social media and the centre's homepage.
- Support and mentor educators and administrative staff to maintain a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the coaching team to develop and enhance programs that meet the needs of our diverse student base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and the wider community.
- Ensure all safety and regulatory standards are met, including facility maintenance, staff certifications, and emergency procedures.
- Promote the academy's programs through various marketing channels and community outreach initiatives.
- Diploma or degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a sports or educational setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels and handle enquiries professionally.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for children and staff.
- Knowledge of education centre operational standards and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with management software.
