Identify retail banking system requirements and produce specifications, covering deposit, ATM, FPS, payment, card etc.
Create, manage and execute UAT test cases to meet business requirements.
Contribute to system revamp according to strategic direction, business plan and regulatory updates.
Establish detailed acceptance test procedures; manage, coordinate and conduct joint testing; document user procedures and provide user training.
Liaise with various internal teams and external parties for the most effective and efficient development and implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5
3 years or above of relevant experience in retail banking business
Good hands-on knowledge and experience in business and data analytics.
Strong interpersonal skills with a drive to deliver quality solution, and the ability to build cordial relationship with technical colleagues and business partners.
