HRIS Officer - HK Leading conglomerate

• Assist in the implementation project of the HR system.
• Support the team in customizing system settings, workflows, and interfaces to align with HR policies and processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data during the migration process through data cleansing and validation.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify system functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
• Provide ongoing support to users, including troubleshooting system issues, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance on system navigation and best practices.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc projects as assigned.

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of work experience on HR system/ implementation
• Possess a strong understanding of HR processes and HR data.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
