- Performa daily operation and administration support for the Regional HR information system across full HR functions
- Provide solutions, handle system configuration and implementation to meet business requirements
- Collaborate with HR department leaders to identify areas for improvement and provide advice and recommendations on digital tools and processes
- Provide system training for internal users and handle any enquiries from HR departments
- Manage communication with internal and external resources on system maintenance and upgrades
- Build and develop HR dashboard using Power BI - Manage end to end database maintenance from data collection, ensuring data accuracy and integrity to HR regular reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS from sizable organizations
- Knowledgeable in HRIS maintenance, ideally experience using sizeable systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday
- Excellent communication in English with good interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
