  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process workflows, risks, timelines, and communication plans for projects.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders to secure necessary support, input, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate and chair project meetings, including design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and issue resolution discussions.
  • Manage project closure activities, including financial reconciliation, documentation archiving, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, issues, and status updates.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet business and functional requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify business challenges and opportunities for operational or strategic improvement.
  • Deliver training and support to end users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Integrate benefits tracking into project plans to ensure measurable outcomes are monitored post-implementation.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a combined Project Management and Business Analysis role.
  • Solid understanding of insurance products, operations, and regulatory environment.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to post-implementation review.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) and business analysis techniques.
  • Experience in facilitating workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
