
IT Operations Support Manager

- Measure and monitor the IT Service Level for internal user
- Monitor the process of IT Operations
- Be a team member of Information Technology Department
- Assist IT Manager in planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling the Data centre operations
- Handle customer's complaints
- Measure and monitor the IT Service Level for internal user
- Monitor the process of IT Operations
- Perform Incident Management
- Maintain the Disaster Recover (DR) Plan and conduct the DR drill
- Perform physical security control on the data centres
- Ensure the subordinates to comply with the rules and regulated requirements of governing authorities
- Manage the team of IT operations support
- Monitor the service quality of IT Operations and ensure they have strictly followed the standard operating procedures
- Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and
- Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures, and measures to identify assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
- University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent OR
- Preferable over 3 years related IT experience covering the following:
- At least 1 year in managerial position
- Solid knowledge and experience in maintaining scalable and mission critical IT infrastructure with network, storage, high availability, and resilience
- Holder of PMP or ITIL foundation certification is an advantage
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Good command in Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
