- Manage lululemon's Finished Goods standardization library (including yield, thread, smv) by creating guidelines for different product classes to achieve sustainable best cost to the business
- Support the entire finished goods global vendor base (60+) with costing/construction standards creation and SOPs and ensure vendor consistency.
- Create tools to assist Sourcing and LLO Merchandising to achieve in-season costing to our negotiated agreements and standards
- On board new vendors with standardized costing methodology, confirming negotiated agreements (i.e. Profit percentage, CIF, Minute rate) to ensure seamless transition into the vendor matrix
- Build a network of Costing and Industrial Engineers in-country to execute standards building and ensure vendor adherence
- Manage costing framework end to end to product at class to achieve best cost to the apparel and accessories business while providing insights to LLO merch / FG Sourcing and external suppliers
- Manage a team of Costing Engineers to regularly update our standards library with the SOPs and style level standard calculations.
- Utilize in-region Costing Engineers to educate and align with vendors on costing standards to improve overall transparency
- Provide potential savings direction to the Sourcing and LLO Merchandising leadership to set targets for upcoming seasons.
- Drive vendor Costing strategy, as well as Costing team strategy
- Bachelors Degree in Apparel Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Textiles or similar, with 12+ years of relevant industry experience. Masters Degree or Certification in advanced garment engineering is a plus
