Located near the airport on Lantau Island and managed by Swire Hotels we provide 501 contemporary bedrooms with a comprehensive choice of leisure facilities and dining options.Job OverviewThe role will play a key part in monitoring and analysing food and beverage (F&B Costs), maintaining accurate recipe, and menu pricing, and supporting inventory and warehouse documentation. You will collaborate closely with operations to ensure effective cost control and contribute to financial analysis and internal cost.Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse F&B costs, recipes, and pricing to support profitability
Collaborate with operations to ensure cost control and accurate inventory management
Maintain and update recipe costing and menu pricing
Oversee warehouse documentation for goods receiving and inter-transfer and stock accuracy
Support internal controls and assist with financial analysis
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

RequirementsThe Non-Negotiables (Must-Have)

Diploma holder or above in Accounting, Hotel Management or related disciplines
2 - 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in hotel or F&B industry
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Accounting, POS and Procurement systems

Good business knowledge and analytical skills
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
