Perform in-depth research and analysis to understand customers’ business needs
Keep up-to-date information of current customers, such as any personnel change, organization and reporting structure, office locations, flight schedules, business plans etc.
Propose and coordinate marketing events for individual customers or customer group
Manage relationship with assigned customer group, update customer relationship database and marketing materials for internal/external use
Initiate and drive development of new ideas to build closer relationship with customers
Set up coordination mechanism with relevant internal parties for retaining good relationship with customers
Conduct market research, costing and relevant analysis to support management decision
Take part in contract management to maximize financial and operational performance and minimize risk

THE PERSON

Degree holder in Business, Aviation or related disciplines
At least 3-5 years of working experience in business or aviation field is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
