Contract Assistant Manager (2-Year) - Enforcement (Investigation - Intermediary Misconduct Team)Ref.: SFC/CAM/ENF/INVIMT/240412Duties & Responsibilities:We are now seeking candidates for the Assistant Manager position in the Enforcement Division (Investigation - Intermediary Misconduct Team). This is a good opportunity to join our team of professionals in the Enforcement Division of the SFC. The Enforcement Division investigates and combats market and listed company crimes, and intermediary misconduct. These investigations are intellectually challenging and crucial to Hong Kong’s status as an international financial centre.You will be part of the Intermediary Misconduct Team responsible for investigating misconduct committed by persons regulated by the SFC, unlicensed activities, contraventions relating to virtual assets and offers of investments. You will also prepare cases for criminal, civil or disciplinary proceedings resulting from these investigations.Requirements:To be successful in this post, you should possess a relevant degree with at least 3 years of solid experience in investigation, litigation, law enforcement or dispute resolution. You should be a team player and good communicator with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua will be a plus.
