
Training Officer (Learning and Development) [Negotiable salary]

- Design and deliver training programs, including new employee orientation, customer service training, and department-specific courses, to meet organizational and staff development needs.
- Manage the full spectrum of Learning & Development functions, including organizing internal and external training sessions, seminars, and staff engagement activities.
- Collaborate with departments to assess training needs and develop tailored programs to enhance employee performance and align with business objectives.
- Develop trainer guidelines and lesson plans to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery across all initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and document training records, preparing reports and conducting data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of in-house learning initiatives.
- Support the planning and delivery of New Employee Orientation Programs to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related disciplines
- 2 years or above of work experience in HR or Training & Development, fresh graduates will also be considered as Training Assistant
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Detail minded, well-organized and possess good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with positive attitude to work independently
- Immediately available is highly preferred
