
Head of Human Resources (Retail)

- Oversee the entire HR function and department while reporting into C suite
- Manage daily HR operations including but not limited to talent acquisition, C&B, staff engagement, performance management, talent management and HRIS
- Implement innovative HR practices and processes to enhance overall organization efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for HR improvement and implement solutions that drive organizational change
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Manage communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the change process to ensure alignment and buy-in
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR change initiatives through data analysis and feedback mechanisms
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of full spectrum HR management experience gained preferably from the Retail / FMCG sector
- Proven experience in driving HR change and transformation is preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives
- Experience in coaching and developing employees at all levels
- Strong user of MS Office and HR system
