- To assist the Pastry Chef in managing day-to-day pastry production
- Ensure the quality of the food items and quantity of food prepared are in good control
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation comply to food safety & hygiene regulations
- Minimum 4 years of pastry related experience in a hotel or large restaurant
- Strong sense of creativity and innovation
- Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented
- Mature, decisive, independent, service-oriented and well-organized
