- Collaborate with HR and business unit leaders to understand their business needs, identify strategic and operational objectives and recommend solutions to support business decision-making; and also enhance internal efficiency analysis and stakeholders communication.
- Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programmes and policies
- Use the people plans as a context for effective implementation of people management disciplines such as compensation and benefits, succession planning, people development and performance management to achieve business goals.
- Identify and uncover opportunities based on: compensation analytics, key talent gap analyses, employee proficiency and performance levels, and training and development analytics; to support operational and strategic data-driven decisions resulting in effective rewards, development opportunities and retention strategies to attract and retain top talents
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, presentations and visual aids designed to educate, inform and influence the decisions of HR customers and Line supervisors; also build analytical capabilities within the HR function to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Execute any other related duties / projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or other relevant degree
- MSc in Human Resource Management or another relevant MSc
- Recognised Diploma in Statistics and / or Big Data Analytics
- At least (10) years' experience in human resources management, consulting or corporate work experience focused on using data to uncover insights that drive action, at least (2) two years' experience working in data mining, visualization and big data analytics, management consulting, sales operations, finance, compensation, or related areas.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams and with individuals at all levels within an organisation; understanding of cultural contexts and international work experience preferred
- Experience managing several tasks and priorities and exercise independent working; a self-starter
- Experience working with HR/organisational people data (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics)
- Experience in HR analytics using HR systems and tools such as HRIS, Salesforce etc.
- Experience building dashboards using advanced Power BI functionality
- Experience in HR project management, working on projects that impact the employee lifecycle
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese
