HR Manager - Retail & Wholesaler

• Manage and monitor full spectrum of Human Resources services , including recruitment, manpower planning, C&B scheme review, training & development, staff engagement etc.
• Be the strategic partner for senior management to provide advice on people & retention strategies, organization structure, people challenges for all employees
• Formulate and develop HR budgeting, headcount planning, policies and procedures and ensure employee handbook to be up to date
• Provide people strategies and advices through strong relationship and partnership with business leaders Initiate and drive people development strategy for nurturing of talents, employee engagement, developing a strong leadership team in support of company strategy and priorities
• Participate in any ad hoc projects as required

• Degree holder in HR or business-related disciplines
• Minimum of 6 years of solid HR experience, from retail wholesale / distribution industry
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong employment law
• Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
• Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
