Fax: 3007 1947(Senior) Network Engineer (30K-60K)Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor the private Cloud environment network.
  • Mainly responsible for network infrastructure (Cisco\Huawei\Juniper) installation configuration, administration, monitoring and health check, traffic analysis ,troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Work closely with vendors/internal/external parties for implementation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Cloud network-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to application
  • developers/operators on Cloud network-related processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Sciences, Information
  • Technology or related field.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in networking.
  • Familiar with network device(Switch\router\Firewall) installation,
  • setup, connection, replacement, troubleshooting, and emergency
  • response.
  • Good understanding of IP & Ethernet Technologies including Routing
  • Protocols, BGP, IGP, ISIS, OSPF, VLAN, IP addressing.
  • Stable, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work outside office hours for urgent production supports.
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
IT Officer (Network and System Administration)Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for system administration of AD, SAN, Hyper-V, VM, MDM, VPN, and Backup
  • Implementing system configurations with monitoring, DR, and backup solutions with IT policies with aspects of IT infrastructure,
  • Carry out daily administration and monitoring of firewalls, routers, switches, SSLVPN, Internet connectivity, and desktop senior support;
  • Apply system monthly patches and perform regular maintenance and upgrades;
  • Provide technical advice as required for procurement or other projects.
Requirements:
  • Graduate with a first-degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or relevant
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Windows Server administration and IT support;
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and willing to learn;
  • Solid experience of Windows Server platform, Active Directory, Group Policy, Lotus Notes, Hyper-V, VM, Networking, Firewall, and SAN;
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Unix/Linux platform would be advantage
  • A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
(Senior) IT Technical Support (25K-45K)Job duties:
  • Perform hardware or software installation, configuration, end-user support and troubleshooting
  • Liaise with services providers to facilitate implementation and service delivery
  • Assist in maintaining and controlling IT infrastructure and network
  • Assist in software/application support
  • Assist in performing and implementing IT projects
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Job requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science or related discipline
  • A strong and responsible team player
  • Able to work independently, under pressure and multitask
  • Software/Application support experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SQL is an absolute advantage
  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are also welcome
