We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:Responsibilities:

Answer all telephone calls to Housekeeping Office in a professional way
Handle all guest's requests and inquiries up to hotel's service standard
Reply all messages and order accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year's relevant working experience
Good command of English and Chinese
Proficiency in computer literature including Excel and PowerPoint
