- Act on all decisions, departmental meetings, programs and schedules
- Be responsible for controlling of Housekeeping / Laundry Keys, Lost and Found
- Ensure good interdepartmental communication between Housekeeping and other departments
- Follows-up on, guest comments / complaints, out of order rooms and any discrepancies appearing in the Hotel Computer system
- Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
- Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
