- Lead and manage the UAT team through planning, execution, and reporting phases
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
- Develop comprehensive UAT test plans, scripts, and schedules
- Coordinate test environments and data setup
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively
- Ensure defects are tracked, prioritized, and resolved efficiently
- Degree or above in Computer Science or related subjects
- At least 4 years' experience in IT industry (Candidate with less experience will be considered as specialist or tester)
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies, tools and techniques
- Proven experience in developing test plans, test scripts (both manual and automated), and performing software testing
- Domain knowledge in CSD services including collateral management, securities issuance, trading and settlement, corporate actions, and cash management
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, both in MT and MX
- Good knowledge of IT in Java programming, Oracle programming, task management and tuning, architecture of web-based applications, Open API and microservices and test automation tool
