Company DescriptionOur client is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and increase market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities, translating findings into actionable marketing plans.
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Lead the development and execution of product launches, promotions, and events, ensuring effective coordination and cross-functional alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, external agencies, and industry partners.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including proficiency in SEO/SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and digital analytics.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing a small team, demonstrating leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey marketing strategies and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
