
Membership Executive

- Processing and handling new and existing members whilst maintaining members' data by using the membership system (Aspen)
- Prepare and disseminate information timely to members and sports sections via various communication channels
- Coordinate with internal departments and sports sections with regards to membership application process
- Handles members and guest phone and emails inquiries
- Provide value-added services in members' relations
- Keen understanding of Membership policies, rules and regulations, available facilities and services, ongoing programmes, events, and activities
- Generate membership reports and statistics
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing membership events and activities
- Undertakes other duties as assigned by Director of Membership
- Diploma or above in Hospitality, Marketing or other related disciplines preferred
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in membership club / sales & marketing / customer services
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a bonus)
- High proficiency in MS Office applications: MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Customer-oriented with a good telephone manner
- Pleasant personality, meticulous, and a team player
- Strong Administrative planning skills and attention to detail
- Membership software experience a bonus
