Assistant Catering Manager / Sizable Organization (CI-AK-26181)

• Assist the catering manager in overseeing day-to-day catering operations.
• Manage and maintain good relationship with Kitchen and Catering Service Team in order to ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and ensuring proper storage.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling, sanitation, pest control and workplace safety.
• Assist in managing catering budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective practices.
• Manage and ensure the casual staffs to perform proper service quality.
• Perform any ad hoc assignments as required.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel / catering industry.
• Shift duties and 5-day work week.
• A team player with can-do attitude and good communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
