
Back Office Administrator

- Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination. Handle correspondence and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Human Resources: Assist with recruitment (job ads, resume screening, interviews), onboarding new hires, and maintaining employee records.
- Accounting Assistant: Help with basic bookkeeping using SAP, including accounts payable, receivables, and processing invoices. No accounting qualification is required.
- Client & Sales Support: Communicate with Hong Kong and Macau clients in Cantonese, and assist the sales team with printing, binding, and mailing contract documents.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in an administrative, accounting, or HR role.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Japanese, and Mandarin is required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Preferred Personality: Outgoing, considerate, and reliable with good manners.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with no overtime expected.
- Compensation: Double pay and a discretionary bonus (1 month or more).
- Health: Medical insurance and a yearly health check-up.
- Annual Leave: 13 days in the 1st year, up to a maximum of 20 days.
- Probation: A 6-month probationary period.
