Are you a seasoned IT Project Manager with strong experience in ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems? Our client, a global leader in the apparel and sourcing industry, is expanding its IT team and looking for a capable Project Manager to lead system upgrade initiatives and drive business transformation.This is a great opportunity for professionals with solid enterprise application experience—whether in ERP, SCM, or PLM systems—who are ready to step into a dynamic and rewarding environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations· Manage technical teams and resources responsible for enterprise applications.· Oversee application performance, support SLAs, incident handling, and enhancements.· Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards.· Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting to end users.· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Projects· Lead and deliver IT system upgrade and enhancement projects, both directly and via external partners.· Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors across the full project lifecycle.· Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and adhere to best practices.· Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies.· Global Team Engagement· Work closely with the global IT team to maintain and improve current applications.· Manage a mix of local and remote resources (internal and external).· Recommend organizational or process improvements to strengthen IT capabilities.· Communicate effectively across global teams and time zones.Requirements· 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in team/project management roles.· Strong background in ERP, SCM, or PLM systems implementation or support.· Experience managing large-scale IT projects in an enterprise environment.· Exposure to the apparel sourcing or retail supply chain sector is a strong advantage.· Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.· Familiar with SDLC, IT testing processes, and application lifecycle management.· Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.· Prior experience with Bamboo Rose is a plus, but not mandatory.· Microsoft technology stack experience is an advantage.If you’re passionate about driving enterprise technology improvements and thrive in a fast-paced, global business environment, we want to hear from you.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
