Handle full spectrum of recruitment process covering Asian offices from job advertisement posting, talents sourcing, interviewing to offering.
Collaborate with hiring managers of different offices to understand the hiring plan, selection criteria and identify the right candidates for the teams.
Conduct orientation with the new hires and follow up throughout their onboarding journey.
Proactively create, nurture and engage talent pipelines to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates for current and future business needs, focussing on Campus Recruitment initiatives.
Strategies and implement best practices in talent acquisition to enhance overall recruitment efficiency across various recruiting tools.
Hire across different roles, including internship, fresh graduate, and experienced hiring.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder in any discipline; fresh graduates are HIGHLY welcomed.
Fluency and well-written in Cantonese and English.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisation and time management skills.
Immediately available will be a plus.
