  • Handle full spectrum of recruitment process covering Asian offices from job advertisement posting, talents sourcing, interviewing to offering.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers of different offices to understand the hiring plan, selection criteria and identify the right candidates for the teams.
  • Conduct orientation with the new hires and follow up throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Proactively create, nurture and engage talent pipelines to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates for current and future business needs, focussing on Campus Recruitment initiatives.
  • Strategies and implement best practices in talent acquisition to enhance overall recruitment efficiency across various recruiting tools.
  • Hire across different roles, including internship, fresh graduate, and experienced hiring.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree holder in any discipline; fresh graduates are HIGHLY welcomed.
  • Fluency and well-written in Cantonese and English.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisation and time management skills.
  • Immediately available will be a plus.
