  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team.
  • Liaise with sales staff to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders (PO), commercial invoices (CO), and proforma invoices (PI) using the SAP system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners regarding order progress, product pricing, labeling, and licensing matters.
  • Ensure timely updates and maintenance of relevant databases.
  • Collaborate with vendors to negotiate delivery schedules and communicate shipment plans to internal stakeholders to ensure punctual delivery.
  • Handle sample arrangements for licensing and product replacements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher academic qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related administrative or sales support role.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), and Chinese word processing.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while being a reliable team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude.
