  • Prepare internal reports, including KPIs, management updates, checklists, and procedural documentation.
  • Participate in client meetings, including preparation of presentation materials.
  • Stay informed on evolving industry initiatives and market practices-both regional and global-through presentations, workshops, and self-directed learning
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and identify opportunities to enhance service quality and overall client experience.
  • Exhibit a strong client servicing mindset and deliver meaningful, high-quality support to clients and investors.
  • Respond proactively to inquiries regarding account openings, static data updates, trade instructions, status updates, and issue escalations.
  • Take ownership of client and investor requests by coordinating with internal departments to prioritize deliverables and facilitate timely resolution.
Profile
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent in Speaking Japanese
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute within a global team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English, Japanese, and Cantonese/Mandarin.
  • Willingness to provide work coverage during Hong Kong public holidays.
