  • Assist in office relocation and technology on-boarding projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution from planning to completion
  • Manage various vendors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams (i.e. security team), senior management, and external partners, to understand project requirements and expectations
  • Ensure adherence to established objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversee the deployment and on-boarding of workplace technologies, including O365, AD, Crestron, and networks, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the planning and implementation phases of projects, offering guidance on technology-related decisions
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues and obstacles to minimize disruptions and delays
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Profile
  • Proven experience in vendor and stakeholder management, specifically in large office relocation and technology onboarding projects
  • IT Support candidates who have relevant technical knowledge looking to transition to an L3 IT projects role are welcome to apply
  • Prior experience in a financial institution is preferred
  • Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to effectively monitor performance and resolve issues
  • Decent technical knowledge in O365, AD, Crestron, and networks, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
  • Familiarity with workplace technologies, including audio-visual systems, telecommunications, and collaboration tools
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills in a proactive manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese a plus.
