As a Recruitment Consultant - Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the agency meets its hiring targets. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with top-quality candidates and thrive together.As the only IT Recruitment Firm with our IT Training brands and Bootcamp, Venturenix LAB, we are pride of our ability to provide in depth IT recruitment knowhow and professional IT recruitment services with our genuine interest to help the IT candidates and clients to grow together in the AI and Digital era.Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and best practices to attract and retain top talent.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in achieving their individual and team targets.- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to ensure the agency remains competitive in attracting the best candidates.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with the agency's overall goals and objectives.- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.- Handle escalated candidate and client issues, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within a recruitment agency.- Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality candidates to clients.- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and relevant employment laws and regulations.- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of recruiters.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and client needs.Consultants who are capable to do Hybrid desk (Placing Both Perm and Contracting positions) are welcome.
