Responsibilities:To assist project manager in the overall project planning and coordinationTo provide logistic support and recruit participants for exhibition projectsTo identify sales leads and conduct follow upsTo provide account servicing support to existing clientsTo provide support on sales database compilation and data entry into systemsTo handle enquiries from exhibitors / participants and undertake on-site duties during exhibitionsTo provide support for on-site and online operations and logisticsTo provide ad hoc assistance as requiredRequirements:At least 2 year’s solid relevant experience, highly preferably in exhibition field, sales and marketingStrong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsCapable to work as team to deliver quality work within tight timeframe and limited resourcesProficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processingCustomer-oriented, good team spirit and able to work under pressureWilling to work overtime and occasionally on during weekends / public holidaysWe offer 5-day work week, medical scheme, discretionary bonus and good career prospect to the right candidate.
