Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the strategic development and expansion of the Life Insurance business through the Agency Distribution Channel, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing agency partners to enhance sales performance and product penetration across Life and Medical lines.Collaborate effectively with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Underwriting, Product Development) and communicate proactively with business partners to ensure seamless case handling and operational efficiency.Design, implement, and evaluate targeted marketing strategies and campaigns in partnership with agency partners to boost brand awareness and sales.Monitor and analyze persistency rates for IFAs/brokers, implementing corrective actions where necessary to maintain healthy renewal income.Support ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives assigned by senior management, contributing insights and execution plans.Conduct comprehensive analysis of product performance, campaign results, and market trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.Gather and interpret market intelligence to provide strategic business advisory to frontline sales teams to enhance their performance.Identify innovative strategies to expand the agency network, establish new business partnerships, and unlock new revenue streams.Drive the growth of Agency Premium Equivalent (APE) by developing actionable plans to attract and retain high-performing agents.Develop and promote integrated product solutions tailored to meet partner needs, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the agency channel, leveraging industry best practices and technological advancements.Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate agency channel effectiveness and implement ongoing improvements.Key Requirements:University degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the life insurance industry, including proven experience in agency/channel management.Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, capable of motivating teams and driving results.Excellent business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to analyze complex market data.Exceptional communication skills in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and marketing initiatives.Holding IIQE Paper 1, 3, and 5 certifications is required.Demonstrated success in expanding agency networks and building sustainable partnerships.Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and foster innovation within the distribution channel.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
