- Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and management, providing guidance on HR issues, policies, and best practices.
- Talent Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, update and implement HR policies as needed.
- Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to identify trends, measure HR-related KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, compensation reviews, or organizational restructuring.
- HR Analytics: Prepare monthly dashboards and attrition analysis report.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HRBP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
