Job Description:HR Business Partner (12-months contract)Hong KongHybridMonday to Friday, 9am - 6pmThe role:We are looking for a 12-months contract HR Business Partner to support and report to Regional HRBP. This role will be based in Hong Kong and provide business partnering support to APAC regions.Responsibilities:

Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and management, providing guidance on HR issues, policies, and best practices.

Talent Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit

Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, update and implement HR policies as needed.

Data Analysis: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to identify trends, measure HR-related KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.

Training and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

HR Projects: Contribute to HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, compensation reviews, or organizational restructuring.

HR Analytics: Prepare monthly dashboards and attrition analysis report.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proven experience as an HRBP.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
