  • Provide 1st level support working directly with IT groups and/or users
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, peripheral equipment and Windows desktop software
Job Requirement:
  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in user support
  • Experience in the use of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common software applications is an advantage
