  • Provide deskside and remote support for hardware and software issues to all users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Handle and resolve IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner, following internal procedures and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Set up, install, configure, and maintain IT hardware (computers, printers, peripherals) and software applications
Job Requirement:
  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in IT support / user support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication for customer-facing support
