- Provide daily health check, and on-site support for the Ticketing terminal, Ticketing Kiosk, retail shop POS, and F&B shop POS, including the device health check, diagnosis, and execution recovery procedures
- Investigate system issues or incidents, mitigate the issue, and document the root cause and solution
- Prepare, set up and support hardware & software/applications for pop-up ticketing / POS counter
- Raise, coordinate and implement change request
- F.5 or above
- At least 2-3 years of experience in supporting ticketing terminals, kiosks, or POS systems, as well as supporting application troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of networking and server infrastructure
- Experience in providing on-site support and working with service providers is highly desirable
