
Human Resources Executive

- Support full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, employment contracting, leave management, compensation & benefits, performance management, staff record maintenance, on-boarding, exit formalities, manpower statistics reports and O-chart update
- Assist in preparing various HR reports including Recruitment status, Attendance, Turnover, headcount and other ad hoc HR reports
- Keep high accuracy of staff record maintenance in a timely manner
- Provide administration support in benefit administration (e.g. Group Insurance Related Policy)
- Provide support in the Staff Attendance handling and Payroll related Process
- Handle staff’s enquiry related to HR-related policies and procedures
- Higher Diploma or above in related discipline, with minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Familiar with employment-related ordinances.
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of both English and Chinese.
- Good team player, detail-minded and self-motivated.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- University Graduate with less experience will also be considered.
