• Responsible for managing the fund accounting, fund operations and financial reporting teams to provide excellent accounting services to all its clients within the business
• Implement regular team meetings and communication processes and to emphasise the importance of client relationships among the teams
• Deliver accounting reports and relevant regulatory reports to clients as agreed and work with the appointed auditors to gain audit signoff on the financial operations of all schemes under administration and oversight various reconciliations processes
• Implement new business processes and enhance business processes standardisation to drive operational performance
• Manage resources and finance within the agreed budget and review work practices/procedures to identify opportunities to improve quality or productivity
• Ensure that all operations and practices are complying with regulatory requirements and company policies and to appraise internal practices to achieve best practice across the relevant teams

• Bachelor's degree with major in accounting, finance or relevant discipline
• CPA/ ACCA qualified
• At least 15+ years of working experience in fund accounting, fund operations and financial reporting with strong pension funds product knowledge in ORSO & MPF and strong senior leadership experience within pension funds/ insurance/ FI industry
• Strong knowledge and operational understanding of Hong Kong's Pensions legislation (ORSO and MPF)
• Strong understanding of pension administration, legislation, laws and regulations and all accounting concepts and reporting issues, including tax effect accounting and unit pricing
• Strong understanding of
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc) and General Ledger knowledge (PeopleSoft preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills and strong stakeholder management skills
