- Familiar with the drinks menu and know the ingredients and method of preparing any drinks in the correct and standard procedure.
- Prepare the bar for opening to ensure the bar cleanliness, all necessities are in place and in proper order.
- Provide friendly service to guest and must respond to guests’ enquiries, requests and complaints promptly.
- Any duty assign by superviosr, such as prepare a beverage for guest.
- Outdoor duties will be required.
- 熟悉飲料菜單,並了解以正確和標準程序準備任何飲料的成分和方法。
- 準備每天酒吧的前置作業,確保酒吧清潔,確保所有必需品均已在適當位置。
- 為客人提供友善的服務,並必須及時回應客人的詢問、要求和投訴。
- 主管指派的任何職責,例如為客人準備飲料。
- 需要室外工作。
- Secondary school
- Bartending school certificate is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 years of bar service or bartending experience; Hotel industry experience is an advantage.
- Good command speak and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- 中學程度
- 擁有調酒學校證書是一個優勢。
- 至少1年酒吧服務或調酒經驗; 酒店業經驗優先。
- 良好的英語、粵語和普通話的聽說讀寫能力。
