We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. We invite applications for the following position:RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Familiar with the drinks menu and know the ingredients and method of preparing any drinks in the correct and standard procedure.
  • Prepare the bar for opening to ensure the bar cleanliness, all necessities are in place and in proper order.
  • Provide friendly service to guest and must respond to guests’ enquiries, requests and complaints promptly.
  • Any duty assign by superviosr, such as prepare a beverage for guest.
  • Outdoor duties will be required.
  • 熟悉飲料菜單，並了解以正確和標準程序準備任何飲料的成分和方法。
  • 準備每天酒吧的前置作業，確保酒吧清潔，確保所有必需品均已在適當位置。
  • 為客人提供友善的服務，並必須及時回應客人的詢問、要求和投訴。
  • 主管指派的任何職責，例如為客人準備飲料。
  • 需要室外工作。
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Secondary school
  • Bartending school certificate is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 years of bar service or bartending experience; Hotel industry experience is an advantage.
  • Good command speak and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • 中學程度
  • 擁有調酒學校證書是一個優勢。
  • 至少1年酒吧服務或調酒經驗； 酒店業經驗優先。
  • 良好的英語、粵語和普通話的聽說讀寫能力。
