- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT environment, ensuring the stability and reliability of IT systems, networks, and firewall infrastructure.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize operational efficiency and security.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance, proactively identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and administration of cloud-based infrastructure (Alibaba).
- Optimize cloud resources to achieve scalability, cost-efficiency, and performance goals.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services into applications.
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft Azure Active Directory environment.
- Ensure the availability, security, and performance of Windows-based servers.
- Implement and enforce server hardening, patch management, and backup/recovery procedures.
- Manage the service desk team and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Develop and enforce IT service management (ITSM) processes and procedures.
- Continuously improve service desk operations by implementing automation and self-service capabilities.
- Provide direction and leadership to the Infrastructure and Operations team.
- Set clear objectives, performance targets, and development plans for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing large-scale ICT infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in networking, firewall administration (Huawei preferred), and cloud technologies (Alibaba).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Active Directory administration and Windows server management.
- Sound understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL, and experience in implementing IT service desk best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications such as Huawei Certified Network Associate (HCNA), Huawei Certified Network Professional (HCNP), Alibaba Cloud Professional (ACP), or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
