- Manage the Merchandising team with Merchandising, Brand Partnership and VM functions to achieve sales and company targets
- Develop merchandising programs and execute strategies for brand growth and sourcing new brands
- Optimise assortments to drive category performance
- Supervise trade terms with business partners and maintain a strong relationship
- Monitor budget and inventory plan, VM and promotion planning
- Degree holder in Fashion/ Merchandising, or other relevant disciplines
- 10 years of Merchandising experience within Beauty industry, preferably with Multi-brands experience
- Strong leadership and able to build strong relationship
- Passionate in Beauty industry with strong ownership for the team
- Highly fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Open to candidates to relocate to Hong Kong
