Our main value is ‘’to treat all your colleagues and guests, as you will treat your family and friends’’.For details information, please visit our company website www.lpmrestaurants.comIG: LPMRestaurantsFB: LPMRestaurantsJob DescriptionWe are now recruiting for our Hong Kong team, if you are enthusiastic, self-motivated, professional, eager to explore and grow in the F&B industry, we strongly welcome you to join our team to start this fantastic journey with LPM in Hong Kong.ResponsibilitiesSupervise bar team and assist restaurant duties as assigned by Bar Manager and GMRecognize guests’ requests and deliver excellent bar service via effective communication with guests and service teamMaintain smooth operations and efficient productivity of the designated barManaging a busy bar including ordering stock, monitoring stock levels and rostering.Assists with bar menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods and supervises Restaurant/BarFollow all safety, hygiene, sanitation, breakage control, preventive maintenance, grooming, service and other standards.Ensure all bar staffs appearance and personal hygiene consistent to company standards.Maintain exceptional knowledge of the beverage list and a highly competent understanding of the food/ restaurant menu.RequirementsHigh School Diploma; vocational training in beverage, cocktail, wine, spirits, beer; at least 3 years relevant experience in the hospitality industry outside Hong Kong.Excellent beverage knowledge, like wine & spirits, relevant qualification would be an added advantageStrong experience in French Cuisine is an advantangeExcellent customer service and engagement skills.Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantageA flexible approach to problem solving and working with othersCommunicate clearly, professionally and conciselyWe offer an attractive remuneration package:
