Assistant Bar Manager - Lobster Bar & Grill

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bar; co-ordinate with the Chef in sections appointed on planning of promotions, menu planning, budget control and staff training
• Provide leadership and direction to staff in delivering excellent service in line with hotel service standards and exceed guests’ expectations
• Create new ideas and recommend changes to constantly improve our service standards
• Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage
• Ensure general maintenance of sections appointed and follow up on work order forms with Engineering department
• Ensure that staff are aware of and applies the procedures concerning hotel fire and life safety / emergency procedures
• Review guest feedback / critique forms / log books on operational issues / P&L statement

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience; with 2 years of experience in supervisory level at large scale of restaurant operation
• Service-oriented with outgoing personality
• Innovative and strong sense of market trends
• Presentable with strong leadership skills
• Proactive, customer and business oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
