- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bar; co-ordinate with the Chef in sections appointed on planning of promotions, menu planning, budget control and staff training
- Provide leadership and direction to staff in delivering excellent service in line with hotel service standards and exceed guests’ expectations
- Create new ideas and recommend changes to constantly improve our service standards
- Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned, in order to prolong usage
- Ensure general maintenance of sections appointed and follow up on work order forms with Engineering department
- Ensure that staff are aware of and applies the procedures concerning hotel fire and life safety / emergency procedures
- Review guest feedback / critique forms / log books on operational issues / P&L statement
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience; with 2 years of experience in supervisory level at large scale of restaurant operation
- Service-oriented with outgoing personality
- Innovative and strong sense of market trends
- Presentable with strong leadership skills
- Proactive, customer and business oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
