An established financial institution is hiring a Middle Office Associate to support its global trading operations. This role involves working across listed products and managing operational risk, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support trade settlement, clearing, and funding across equities, futures, options, and other listed products.
  • Monitor currency deficits, cash collateral, and client account activities.
  • Conduct compliance checks, margin reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Design operational control procedures and funding models.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and regulators to support business and product development.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of market operations and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Independent, analytical, and able to manage complex operational workflows.
