- To support the operational & administrative activities in relation to Remittance & Cash Management products and services, which include but not limited to, remittance processing, investigation, FPS, Autopay, payments, standing instructions, and etc.
- To comply with the internal procedures, policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements, and update the internal procedure whenever is necessary.
- To support the payment system & service implementation activities.
- To support, execute & monitor the progress of the continuous operation optimization activities.
- To perform any other duties assigned by Team Head & Section Head.
- Degree or above in banking or Finance.
- Around 5 years' experience of remittance processing and services or back office operation in the Banking industry.
- Project management experience is preferred and people management exposure would be an added benefit.
- Good team player.
- Sound communication and inter-personal skills.
- Good command of PC skills including MS Office
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
