The role involves gathering and analysing user requirements to ensure that the technical system design, procurement, and implementation align with project objectives and meet user needs. The officer will also be responsible for evaluating vendor proposals, managing vendor relationships, contract management, and ensuring timely delivery of IT equipment and services, all while adhering to organizational standards and best practices.Requirements:
(a)Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines;
(b)Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience, with 3 years in IT infrastructure, procurement, or project management is desirable;
(c)Knowledge of IT project management practices is an advantage;
(d)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
(e)Attention to details, self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently and collaboratively; and
(f)Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to liaise with vendors, stakeholders, and users effectively.Employment Terms:The remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be on a temporary contract with MPF benefits.Date for Application Review: 19 August 2025
