Our client is one of the market leading conglomerates, with their continuous expansion, they are now seeking for a Finance Director to look for their sizable finance team.Responsibilities:Work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract/grant compliance and reportingResearch revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancementPerform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiativesDevelops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; and developing action plans.Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and rest of companyMaximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities and maintaining relationships with the investment communityAccomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as neededRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
