- Daily coordination among all construction trades, ICT and ELV services installations.
- Inspection and monitoring the workmanship and progress of building services installation.
- Resolve all immediate site coordination and design problems.
- Manage project lifecycle for data center projects, including planning, execution and delivery.
- Prepare technical proposal, presentation, RFQ document and drawing incorporating technical requirements in the specification, schematic, and layout drawing.
- Liaise and manage contractors to carry out construction activities and review work acceptance.
- Attend internal/ external project coordination meeting, technical meeting, and site inspection.
- Other relevant assignments as specified by managers.
- Degree of Information Technology Management, Building Services, or related disciplines
- 6 – 8 years relevant post-qualification experience including 4 years site work experience
- Solid experiences in design and manage Data Center structured cabling system and construction project
- Solid experiences in Data center internal/ external project management
- Good communication, presentation, and communication skills to internal & external customers of different levels
- Good knowledge on AutoCAD are essential
- Candidate with contractor work experience would be an advantage
- Able to work independently and self-motivated to deliver good results
- Good team player with strong problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant / Project Engineer – Cabling Infrastructure
