Our creative culture drives our passion to excel and energises us to design inspiring experiences.About our roleWe are now looking for a talented Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will maintain and manage company IT infrastructure, database, provide ongoing support, project implementation etc.Responsibility will include:

Provision and manage on-prem / Cloud infrastructure components such as servers, databases, load balancers, and other resources required to support applications
Manage database systems including installing and configuring database systems, identifying and resolving performance issues, backing up and recovering data, ensuring data security and managing user access etc.
Support deployment and configuration management
Implement monitoring and alerting systems and maintain security & compliance frameworks
Plan and execute capacity and scaling projects
Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery Plan and System
Respond to infrastructure-related incidents and provide timely resolutions for infrastructure-related issues

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be / have

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5 years of experience in infrastructure support, DevOps, or related roles
Solid experience in MSSQL/Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL and cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure
Experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne / Hyperion Planning / PeopleSoft is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Achieves results, even under tough circumstances
Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
