Act as a main point of contact for relationship managers to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests raised on behalf of clients.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
3. Provide product and service information to relationship managers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings for promoting our business to clients.
4. Assist clients in navigating our systems, platforms and processes, either by directly dealing with the clients or providing guidance to relationship managers for their further communication with clients.
5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.
6. Maintain accurate client records, including contact information, interactions, and preferences.
7. Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction, feedback, and trends to management.Requirements1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a client service or customer support role.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
