Job Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing professional assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and visitors to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to improve service quality and tenant experience.
  • Shift duties is required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • 負責服務櫃檯事宜,包括接待訪客、處理查詢及提供專業協助。
  • 與客戶建立及維持良好關係,確保高水平的服務滿意度。
  • 處理客戶查詢及投訴,確保迅速及專業的回應。
  • 與營運團隊合作,提升服務質素及租戶體驗。
  • 需輪班工作。

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, property management, or a related field.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • 3年以上客戶服務、物業管理或相關工作經驗。
  • 主動、細心,並具備良好的解決問題能力。
  • 良好溝通及人際技巧,流利英語及粵語(懂普通話更佳)。
  • 基本電腦操作知識(如MS Office、電郵等)
